I have taught several undergraduate courses at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In the spring semester of 2018, I participated in the Future Faculty Fellowship Program (FFFP), and have engaged in professional pedagogical development through CIRTL, the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning. The FFFP is a semester-long program that introduces graduate students to evidence-based teaching practices, helps them understand the roles and responsibilities of faculty members at different types of institutions of higher education, and helps them reflect on their professional goals. CIRTL seeks to enhance excellence in STEM undergraduate education through development of a national faculty committed to implementing and advancing evidence-based teaching practices for diverse learners.
I have been the Instructor of Record for the following mathematics courses. For each of these courses I had full responsibility, including writing the syllabus, writing and grading all quizzes and exams, assigning homework, and assigning final grades.
